1. CIMERWA invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the tender as indicated in detail in the
statement of Requirements.
2. Tender Documents in English may be requested by the interested bidders through
Tenders a CIMERWARW.Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the same email addresses, alternatively the tender document can be downloaded on CIMERWA PLC website www.cimerwarw  by clicking on news then tenders.
3. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in three copies, one of which is the original,
must be delivered to CIMERWA procurement office, Kigali (Kimihurura) or Email PDF password-encrypted copies to Tenders @ CIMERWARW not later than the 24 February 2022 at 4:00 pm local time. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened irrespective of circumstances. All bids will be addressed to CIMERWA procurement office, failure to which CIMERWA shall bear no responsibility of loss or misplacement of any bid.
4. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on
the same day at 4:30 pm.
5. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title 6. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with CIMERWA procurement policy.
