The Integrated Polytechnic Regional College (IPRC Ngoma) is one of the Colleges of the Rwanda Polytechnic Higher Learning Institution (RP) and has been in existence since November 14,2012 when it was established as the Integrated Polytechnic Regional Centre East (IPRC East). The then IPRC East acted as the base of the Workforce Development Authority (WDA) in the Eastern Province.

JOB DETAILS:
Job Description
• To develop the institution budgets (Recurrent and development) in collaboration with other units.
• To monitor budget execution and advise the management accordingly
• Identify budget gaps and propose budget revision
• Integrate changes in smart IFMIS as agreed in budget consultation meetings
• Facilitate internal and external audits
Job Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics
Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:
• Knowledge of cost analysis techniques;
• Planning and organizational skills;
• Communication skills;
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Financial software (SMART IFMIS);
• Judgment & Decision Making Skills;
