INVITATION TO TENDER No 007/T.MSC/2025/MSACCO

Muganga SACCO is a Savings and Credit Cooperative for health sector staff in Rwanda. Its primary objective is to improve members’ socio-economic well-being and promote access to finance. Muganga SACCO has successfully completed the design phase for the branding of its Head Office. The design consultant delivered a comprehensive design book that includes drawings, measurements, material specifications, artworks, and a Bill of Quantities.

To build on this progress, Muganga SACCO seeks to engage a branding company to implement its Head Office branding.

Eligible Competent bidders can obtain the details of the tender along with the terms & conditions of the tender from MUGANGA SACCO Head office, 1st floor of the Silverback Mall, Kicukiro – Near Sonatube roundabout, KK 15 Road, the Telephone: + (250) 0788 124 500, procurement@mugangasacco.rw. on any working day with effect from 02/October /2025 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan francs (Frw10,000) on account No 583427377510131 of Muganga SACCO opened in BPR.

Well detailed quotations presented in two copies one as the “ORIGINAL” and other marked as “COPY” with this mention on the outer envelope “Branding Design Execution and Installation of Muganga SACCO Head Office and branch the quotations shall be presented to Muganga SACCO Head office in a sealed envelope and addressed to Director General of Muganga SACCO, 1st Floor of Silverback Mall, Kicukiro – Sonatube, KK 15 Road, telephone: + (250) 0788 124 500, not later than 23/October/2025, at 10:00am. While the public opening for the said tender shall take place on the same date at 10:30am local time in Muganga SACCO conference room. Late bids shall be rejected.

To ensure the successful execution of the tender process, a site visit has been scheduled on 20/October/2025, at 10:00 am, The site visit will be conducted on the 1st floor of the Silverback Mall, located in Kicukiro, near Sonatube.

N.B: The site visit is compulsory for all bidders. Any proposal submitted by a bidder who has not attended the site visit will be automatically rejected. Bidders who are not available on the scheduled date may visit the site on 21–22 October 2025
