We are looking for a potential service provider  of Five Star Salon Standard service to our prestigious Hotels ( Kigali Marriott) ,The successful bidder will be awarded a contract as per attached scope, 

I have also  attached the biding terms and specifications for your reference to adhere to. 

Kindly submit your sealed bids to Kigali Marriott  loss prevention office and Cutoff date is 21st July 2023. 

For site inspection arrange to visit on July 13th at 10:30 am and call veronica on this number before visit 0737 416 577. 

Please make sure for the below points,

  1. Bid is registered in our log book at Loss prevention office.
  2. Write  your company name.
  3. Write the Bid Name.
  4. In case of email, Bids should only be addresses to Mr. Patrick our HR Assistant Manager  only on this email address  Patrick.Niyitegeka@marriott.com.

Note: bids by email will only be sent to Patrick  and he will print them and put in a sealed envelope for registration in the bids logo book .
