BK Group Plc would like to hire a company to develop an Investor Relations strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives and enhances its relationship with the investment community. BK Plc hereby invites bids from international, regional or local companies for the above mentioned services.

Terms of Reference for the above mentioned service will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 19th April 2024. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw not later than the 02nd May 2024 before 12h00 PM Kigali Time. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the BK Group Chief Shared Services Officer must be submitted not later than the 03rd May 2024, 18hrs CAT with subject line "BK Group Investor Relations Strategy Development" on an ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders. Guidelines for online bids submission shall be sent separately to the interested companies' email.

Please submit your proposals with a cover letter addressed to the Chief Shared Services Officer of BK Group Plc. Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandese Francs or USD. Provide a company profile, a detailed methodology and work plan, proven track record in developing investor relations strategy, proof of experience in similar assignments, CVs of staff dedicated to this assignment, implementation period, company registration certificate, Tax Clearance certificate and any other requirement in the attached Terms of References.
