AUCTION OF NETHERLANDS EMBASSY VEHICLE

SORVEPEX Ltd, a distinguished entity specializing in the auction of properties and equipment from both public and private institutions, operating under legal provisions documented in the Gazette of the Republic of Rwanda, year 46 No. 11 of 01 June 2007, extends a formal invitation to potential bidders.

Since its inception in 2007, SORVEPEX Ltd has consistently provided premier auction and consulting services, facilitating transactions for buyers and sellers of properties and equipment across Rwanda.

Following our mandate, SORVEPEX Ltd has been entrusted with the responsibility of conducting a public auction on behalf of the NETHERLANDS EMBASSY for the sale of a TOYOTA PRADO TX vehicle. Interested parties are cordially invited to participate in this exclusive event, guided by the expertise of an experienced auctioneer. A comprehensive description of the vehicle is outlined below:

SORVEPEX Ltd hereby notifies the general public of the following:

• The auction is scheduled to take place on Saturday, December 16, 2023, at 11:00 AM, hosted at the Netherlands Embassy to Rwanda Headquarters in KACYIRU, on the road KG 692 St.
• Visitors are welcome to inspect the vehicle from Monday through Sunday during business hours.
• An entrance fee of 10,000 RWF (Non-Refundable) will be applicable on the day of the auction.
• All bidders are required to submit a deposit of 2,000,000 RWF (Certified Cheque) payable to "SORVEPEX Ltd." This deposit will be refunded to non-winning bidders, while the successful bidder must settle the agreed-upon amount within 15 business days. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
• The buyer is responsible for all expenses and costs related to taxes and duties.
