ADRA Rwanda wishes to auction its used equipment at its headquarters in Kigali city, Kacyiru sector, Gasabo district.

 In this auction, the buyer is allowed to bid on different items. The equipment will be awarded to the highest bidder. However, ADRA Rwanda has the right not to supply the equipment to the buyer who offered a higher price than the other one if his price is lower than what ADRA Rwanda has determined.

Visits to these facilities will begin Monday, August 28th through September 5th.

1. From Monday to Thursday: From 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm 4:30 pm) 2. Friday is from 9:30 am to 12 o'clock

Anyone interested in coming to this auction is required to show a receipt (bordereau) of ten thousand (10,000frw) non-refundable payment to this account: 100001429277/RWF  of ADRA Rwanda opened in the bank of Kigali (BK)

 On the day of the auction, buyers are required to submit bids that are clearly written and sealed in an envelope and the highest bidder will win the equipment that he bid for, provided that his bid will not be below the ADRA Rwanda set price.

If you win one or more of these items, you must immediately submit a check made out to the  ADRA Rwanda administration  in the amount of three million percent (30%) of the total amount paid, and if the buyer fails to pay the remaining amount, the amount will not be refunded.

The balance must be paid within three days of the auction ending and the buyer will take delivery of the winning item. If you are delayed for more than three days, you will be charged 10,000 frw per day to protect the equipment you won.

This auction will be held on September 7   , 2023 at 10:00 am.
