  Background
Established and formally registered as a local company with the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) in 2014, Konsult Life Science (KLS) is a training and research consultancy firm dedicated to help transform individuals’ lives and enable organizational growth from an informed basis. Our core business is to generate and share cutting edge researched knowledge and evidence as well as envision solutions to complex societal issues of our time. Towards this end, we offer our clients with services in the areas of health, education, governance and behavior change amongst other things. We are committed to availing workable answers to all questions related to these service areas as we as to offer advice geared towards effective utilization and development of human capacity. Konsult Life Science is guided by a vision of unlocking individual and organizational potentials, which reflects our conviction that individuals and organizations in the African region can surely achieve their full potentials if they are fully assisted through the correct mix of researched advice, tailor-made capacity building, programs/projects implementation, monitoring and evaluation support. We also offer professional scientific technical support from research design to execution. Beyond technical support, we offer logistical management support in carrying out field studies. In this regard, our company can be contracted for carrying out research and baseline studies on behalf of other institutions.
In order to successfully run our operations and deliver high quality services, we rely on a network of associates, advisors and experts in the aforementioned service areas from Rwanda and abroad. This enables us to make prompt and effective responses to diverse clients’ needs anywhere in Rwanda. Though we are a relatively young company, we are much experienced and qualified enough to excellently deliver to the expectations of our clients. Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the company and ensure that logistics, contracts, letters of agreement are signed with all the relevant partners.
• Write grants and proposal for research and consultancies by responding to call of proposals.
• Ensure the implementation of activities in compliance with contracts and agreement.
• Manage human resources as per the Rwandan labor laws

Qualifications and Experience
Education:
Required:
• MPH, MBA or master's level degree in Political science, Sociology, Management or a health-related field required.

Experience:
Required:
• Five years of progressively responsible, the related experience is required.
• Experience in proposal writing and Research with significant experience in carrying out baseline surveys and assessments.
• The position is open to both Rwandans and other nationalities with Residence Permits.
Salary Expectations:
• 500,000Frw per month as Net
