The title of the tender: BIDDING DOCUMENT of Service for HYGIENE AND TRANSPORTATION OF PATIENTS INSIDE THE HOSPITAL.

The Remera Rukoma Hospital is inviting eligible and qualified bidders specialized in that field to submit their offers for the Framework Agreement of Service for HYGIENE AND TRANSPORTATION OF PATIENTS INSIDE THE HOSPITAL.
Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field.
• This tender is comprised of 1 indivisible lot. The bidder is requested to fill the Price Schedule provided in the system. For items that are not quoted for, the price should be mentioned zero (o) for enabling system upload. The modification of item description may lead to the rejection of the bid;
• The site visit for this tender is mandatory and will be conducted on 17/8/2020 from 10:00 Am (10h00 precise)
• Bid Document in English or French may be obtained from E-Procurement system of Rwanda (umucyo.gov.rw) For submission of their bids, all interested bidder must pay a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10000 Frw) on the account of Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) opened at different commercial banks. All bids will be submitted online using the E-Procurement system as mentioned above on 9/09/2020 at 10:00 Am local time. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the E-Procurement system on the same day at 10:30 am, local time.
The amount of the Bid Security for this tender is 640,000Rwf
