ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF SCHOOL MATERIALS FOR CHILDREN IN THE PROJECT RW0652 EAR RWANTONE, SCHOOL CONFERENCE, USERS WHO CAME TO THE PROJECT

Procurement of school supplies, Children's Day for partners assisted in the RW0652 EAR RWANTONDE project

EAR Church Paruwase Rwantonde located in KIREHE District, Gatore Sector, Rwantonde Cell, Kavomo Village, invites qualified contractors to bid for the above contract. This will take place at the Church headquarters where the RW0652 EAR RWANTONDE Project funded by Compassion International-Rwanda is operating.

The materials needed are as follows:

- Only contractors who meet the following requirements are eligible to bid for this tender:

• The commercial register shows that the entrepreneur is already engaged in this activity and is bidding, (RDB Certificate)
• TIN, VAT, Tax Clearance Certificate issued by RRA, notarized and no older than three months.
• Have a machine that prints receipts approved by the RRA (for issuing EBM invoices).
• Photocopy of the Company owner's ID card
• Present at least 3 references from where he/she has performed the work he/she has bid for.
• Submitting a proforma invoice for the tender that shows the price of everything.
• Visiting a bag sample for the RW0652 EAR Rwantonde project, which was awarded to the bidder.
• His willingness to immediately settle the disputes as soon as he signs the contract.
• Those who wish to bid for this tender and meet the requirements in this announcement should send the documents to the project's e-mail rwantonde@gmail.com  and send a copy to this email  CUwase@rw.ci.org  and documents not submitted anywhere will be considered null and void. The submission period is from 16/07/2025 to 25/07/2025 at 3:00 pm, the day of opening the letters  is on 25/07/2025 at 10:00 am at the project's headquarters,  the winner of the tender will be provisionally notified by email and all participants will be informed of the results of the tender.

NB: You are allowed to bid only once for these auctions - only notebooks or only backpacks, school supplies, children's meals
