ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE SALE OF USED OFFICE EQUIPMENT

Ripple Effect wishes to inform the public (individuals and organizations) that it will be selling its assorted used office equipment as per details mentioned below.

Terms of Sale

First Price Sealed Bid (FPSB) will be the method used to sell the items in a particular lot. However, Ripple Effect reserves the right to reject any bid in case the quoted price is below the reserve price set by organization. Bidders are allowed to quote for one or more lots.

Well prepared offers, properly bound and presented in the original copy, must reach procurement office of Ripple Effect located at KG2 AV4, Kimihurura, opposite Akabindi not later than Wednesday 26/06/2024 at 10:30 am. Late bids will be rejected.

The visit for the above mentioned items is scheduled on Saturday 22/06/2024 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The highest bidder shall be required to pay the total bid price for the lot quoted for to account No 6775000006 opened at Ecobank in the name of Ripple Effect in a period not exceeding 2 days after bids opening. Failure to pay in the time mentioned will result in being disqualified from bidding.

Bids will be opened physically in the presence of bidders at the address mentioned above on 26/06/2024 at 10:30 am in Ripple Effect conference room in Kimihurura (CPR building)
