JOB DETAILS:
Applications are invited from suitably qualified individual for the following job opportunity within Mulindi Factory Company Limited located in Gicumbi district.
Accounts Assistant
This role reports to the Factory Accountant.

Duties

• General accounting jobs.
• Input data into the accounting system.
• Account for and prepare VAT monthly returns.
• Preparation of monthly payroll returns
• Reconciliation of suppliers, debtors and general ledger accounts.
• Coordinating and facilitating the process of documenting accounting policies and procedures;
• Maintaining, Improvement and development of internal processes and controls.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or finance Options
• CPA II/III or its equivalent is an added advantage.
• Relevant experience of 2 years and above.
• Competency/Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel),
• Possess skills in the use of computerized accounting systems.
• Excellent language skills - good written & spoken English and Kinyarwanda,
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written,
• Ability to multi task and work with minimal supervision.
