• Keep and update the books of accounts of the hospital;
• Impute budgetary expenditures and file all supporting documents related to operations;
• Carry out periodic bank accounts reconciliation;
• Carry out the management and replenishment of petty cash of the hospital and file all supporting documents;
• Prepare documents for payment of goods and services after checking the conformity and accuracy of payment requests;
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements at the end of each month and timely produce accurate financial reports as per the set deadlines;
• Facilitate the internal and external audit exercises.

• Deep understanding of Research Methodologies and Statistics Concepts;
• Knowledge of Rwanda's Health Policies and Strategies;

• Knowledge to Prepares and publishes statistical and technical reports and research papers;
• Knowledge of the theory, systems, and application of statistical research methodology
