JOB DETAILS:
Our Client is a fast expanding organization with revenues that are growing by 25% annually. They currently employ approximately 2000 staff and they anticipate this number to increase by 25% annually over the next 3 to 5 years. Job Responsibilities:
• Stock Production Accounting- Establish a solid understanding of individual manufacturing plants processes & financial requirements
• Responsible for Bill of Materials management- continuous analysis and verification of BOM’s accuracy
• Timely and accurately processing of dairy work order
• Perform Stock takes and analysis of variances
• Manage and report yield variances daily, weekly and monthly on the impact of material quality and production processes effects
• Account for stock transactions in line with the inventory management policies and procedures
• Process stock receipts accurately and timely to eliminate risk and losses to the company
• Monitor and report purchase price variance from receipts of stock items
• Ensure supplier invoices are timely handed over to the account payables department
• General Ledger analysis including Bank Reconciliations, Prepayments and Accruals
• Petty Cash management

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Certified Public Accountant-II
• Experience in payables management
• Experience with computerized ledger systems
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office
