  20 Experienced Sales Representatives Wanted: Attractive commission

We are a new IT company focused on providing IT services that meet the needs of our clients in Rwanda. We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Sales Representatives who will work with us on a commission basis to grow our company.
We’re looking for professionals who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge. Successful candidates will receive training for two days, before going out to engage clients/customers in the public.
On average, we want to reach over 1000 customers daily between all the selected, successful Sales Representatives for this role. If you love a challenge and have a working knowledge of technology, particularly web and mobile application, we can’t wait to see your resume.
Requirements for the Job:
• Knowledge of using web and mobile applications particularly social networks as a reference point
• Learn quickly how our web and mobile applications work, and troubleshoot issues for customers
• Ability to explain how to use an application to the average customer
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through 1-2-1 marketing, with potential clients.
• Conducting market research to identify potential clients and potential selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Prepare and submit daily sales report to management..

Qualification:
• Degree or Diploma holder in marketing preferred
• 2+ years’ direct or inside sales experience
• Excellent communication in two, or all of the following languages - English, Kinyarwanda, French and Swahili, with confidence to approach customers and converse with them
• Must have a smartphone (Android or iOS) and able to take clear pictures for customers
• Must be authorized to work in Rwanda by the Government (immigration)
