Job responsibilities
• Support and providing advice to end-users on software and hardware related problems;
• Assists staff in the use of information systems and applications;
• Design, support OAG security systems and all electromechanical installations such as lift, Generator, X-Ray luggage scanners, Walkthrough, Camera surveillance, etc," Job Requirements
• Bachelor Degree (Upper second class degree and above) in Computer science, Computer engineering, Information technology or the equivalent from a recognized University
• Minimum proven experience of two (2) years in a similar role;
• Providing IT support to a varied user base;
• Ability to play an active role in various IT projects;
• Good communication skills;
• Results -oriented;
• Ability to pay attention to details.
• Being not more than 35 years of age
• Being a Rwandan citizen.
