2 IT Officer
Key role/ responsibilities
• Design GIF, POSTERS,BANNER, …
• Ensure the website is well designed and updated.
• Ensure troubleshooting of computer programs
• Troubleshoot any reported problem.
• Diagnose faults and malfunctions related to hardware or software and addition to installing new versions and updating them
• Collaborate with director of operation,
• Assist in any online application
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually reportof activities Qualification (education)
• Bachelor’ s degree or advanced diploma in information technology, computer science with 1 year of experience in web design. Additional skills
• Have planning & scheduling skills
• Have analytical and writing skills
• Team working skills
• Decision working skills
• Problem solving and analysis leadership
• Be creative and innovative.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
