JOB TITLE: Field Officer

All Across Africa is a Handicraft production and export company looking to hire a full time dependable and motivated candidate for the position of Field Officer
Responsibilities:
• Sourcing new groups for Company’s expansion in the areas of Northern, Eastern and Southern provinces.
• Advising the management on the best locations for new community centers set-up
• Cooperative organization, structuring, and certification.
• Follow up on artisan’s wellbeing and social life.
• Design and develop training programs
• Capacity building/Training of cooperatives working with All Across Africa
• Assisting registered cooperatives in paying taxes
Requirements:
• Hard working, patient, enthusiastic and flexible
• At least 3 years of experience in similar responsibilities
• Fluent in English and Kinyarwanda skills; speaking and writing
• Being acquainted with basic computer skills (in word and excel)
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Attention to details
• Excellent Analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Clear and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Negotiation skills
• Must be willing to travel to rural areas 3-4 times weekly
Position Benefits:
• Net salary: 200,000Rwf/Month
