The management of the Anglican church of Rwanda, Paroisse Gatore has Project RW0631 EAR GATORE supported by Compassion International in Rwanda, informs all those who want and have the ability and authority that there is a market No: 0003/CI/RW0631/2024 for sewing clothes School uniform means clothes for different institutions (kindergarten clothes, primary and secondary schools and professions).

THOSE WHO WISH TO NEGOTIATE THIS MARKET MUST COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:

• Letter to EAR Parish Gatore management requesting tender.
• Proforma Invoice shows the unit cost and the total cost.
• Having a Taxpayer Number (TIN Number )
• Having a Commercial Register.
• Having no debt to the Rwanda Revenue Authority
• The fact that he has no debt to the Rwanda National Social Security Agency (RSSB).
• The fact that he is already doing those jobs successfully, he has at least three certificates of where he has done those jobs for less than three months.
• The fact that he has a certificate from the Bank shows that he has the ability to do the bidding.
• He will be paid using the OP saved in the Bank of Kigali after completing the work assigned to him by the church.
• Having a Billing Receipt machine approved by RRA.
• Having a photocopy of the company owner's identity card.

NOTE:  For those who wish and have the capacity, the book of regulations governing the market is available at the office of the project RW0631EAR Gatore for ten thousand non-refundable funds (10,000 frws) payable to Compte N ^o  100007261041 of EAR GATORE RW631 located at the Bank of Kigali, Kirehe branch (bk ). Bidders should start bringing their bid files as soon as they hear this announcement, that is, as soon as it is published; receiving files is every day during working hours from 09/10/2024 to 23/10/2024 at 4:00 am (10:00 am) which is also the opening hours of public envelopes. The successful tenderer will be notified at the time of signing the written tender agreement. Another thing is that the letters will be opened to the bidders who are present.

The contractor will send his document to the same email address mentioned above without a copy and (PF) to this email address:  eniyonzima@rw.ci.org  his file will be blank.

Also when the contractors come on the day of the public opening of the market they should come and follow the opening of the letters.
