Those who wish to do this market, are required to meet the following requirements:

1. Letter of request for supply addressed to the pastor of EAR Paroisse Gashongora.
2. The invoice proforma is attached with the account numbers opened in the names of the business document.
3. The fact that he has a business document that shows that he is doing the work provided by RDB is signed by a notary
4. The VAT (Value Added Tax) certificate is signed by a notary.
5. Acceptance of EBM (Electronic Billing Machine) invoices
6. RRA and RSSB tax exemption certificate with notarized signature.
7. Copy of the ID of the representative of the company.

Bid documents should be sent to the following emails: rw757eargashongora@gmail.com ,  eniyonzima@rw.ci.org  from Wednesday 30/8/2023  to  Wednesday 13/9/2023 at five (11:00) in the afternoon  when it will be opened letters from bidders. Bidders will be notified of the results of the bidding on their emails, the winner of the bid will be notified temporarily on his/her email, and then a meeting will be held between the project coordinator and the bidding committee for the project to see how the bid was submitted. 

NOTE:

• Anyone who bids on a bag should visit a sample because they don't bid on something they don't know and leave a note in the book. 
• The contractor is allowed to bid on one of these items (bags, school supplies) or bid on all of them.
• The contractor will send his document to one email and provide a copy to the other, his request will not be accepted
