Request For Proposal - Hiring Professional Court Bailiff
1. Equity Bank Rwanda Plc hereby invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the
following tenders mentioned in the table below:

Bidding Number Submission Date RFP/PROC/001/2022 April 12th, 2022
2. The tender document, in English, may be obtained from our Head Offices
located at Grande Pension Plaza 3rd Floor during working hours from April 06th,
2022 Or by Expressing interest on rw-procurement@equitybank.co.rw
3. Enquiries can be sent to Equity Bank Rwanda, PO Box 494 Kigali, Rwanda or through email on: rw-procurement@equitybank.co.rw.
4. Well printed bids, properly bound, prepared in English shall be presented in two copies, one original and a copy and addressed to Equity Bank Procurement Committee will be dropped on 03rd floor of their Head Offices on April 12th, 2022, not later than 05:00 PM
5. The outer envelope must clearly indicate respective tender number, title, and phone number of the bidder.
6. Late bids will be rejected.
7. Bidding is conducted in accordance with the Laws of Rwanda
